Job summary

JLL leads a major growth initiative in Mexico’s Property Management sector, guiding a national team of 100+ professionals and driving multi-sector expansion across Industrial, Office, Multifamily, and Retail. You will own the P&L for Mexico Property Management and partner with Capital Markets, Leasing, and Advisory to deliver integrated real estate solutions.

Fluent English is mandatory, with a background in leading Fortune 500-scale property portfolios and a track record of executive-level

Qualifications

10–15 years in commercial real estate property management with progressive leadership responsibility.
MBA or Master’s in Real Estate preferred.
Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Drive exponential growth by identifying and securing new Property Management opportunities across major real estate sectors in Mexico.
Lead and develop a national team of 100+ Property Management professionals.
Own full country P&L for Mexico Property Management, ensuring cost management and revenue optimization.
Partner with Capital Markets, Leasing, and Advisory to deliver integrated real estate solutions.
Develop sector-specific strategies for Industrial, Office, Multifamily, and Retail.
Build and maintain C-suite client relationships for high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Lead business development, maintain sales pipeline, and create winning service strategies.
