Job summary

Assistantly is seeking a Paid Media & Creative Specialist in the Philippines. You will own end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns, craft original ad creatives, and drive subscription growth through rapid testing and performance insights.

You’ll collaborate with leadership, deliver proactive performance reporting, and stay attuned to cat-obsessed consumer trends to inform targeting and creative direction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid media experience with Meta Ads for ecommerce brands.
• Ability to lead A/B testing and translate data into creative direction.
• Experience creating or optimizing landing pages to improve funnel conversion rates.
• Strong written and verbal English; proactive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run paid media end-to-end and optimize for ROAS and growth.
• Generate diverse, original ad creatives with rapid testing loops.
• Lead testing of hooks, messaging, formats, and offers with hypotheses.
• Manage Meta Ads daily: budget, targeting, launches, pauses, monitoring.
• Analyze data to identify audience patterns and funnel drop-off.
• Improve landing page performance for better conversions.
