Job summary

Spruce is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily residential and commercial cleaning and facility service teams in Metro Manila, with field assignments across Makati and surrounding areas.

This role focuses on building systems, optimizing manpower, improving service quality, and delivering exceptional client experiences while working with the leadership team on growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/operations-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in operations or related service industries.
• Proven experience leading multi-site operations and managing large teams.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and client relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular site visits throughout Metro Manila.
• Highly organized, proactive, accountable, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across residential and commercial projects.
• Plan, schedule, and optimize manpower, equipment, and logistics.
• Ensure projects comply with SOPs and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality assurance visits.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, and efficiency.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining service standards.
• Mentor and develop operations supervisors and field teams.
