• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple business locations with service excellence.
• Develop initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Identify challenges and implement solutions to support objectives.
• Monitor facility readiness and service quality for consistent customer experience.
• Track sales pipelines, occupancy, revenue, and KPIs.
• Partner with sales to achieve revenue targets and opportunities.
• Review pricing strategies and promotional activities for growth.
• Drive a customer-centric culture and maintain brand standards.
• Coach site leaders and cross-functional teams; develop talent.
• Establish KPIs and analyze financial performance to drive excellence.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
