Job summary

IMV International Micro Village Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join our Marketing team in Metro Manila. You will manage and grow online sales across our website and marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, optimizing listings, pricing, and campaigns.

You’ll coordinate with internal teams on promotions, inventory, and new product launches while using analytics to drive traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue. Fresh graduates with relevant projects are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital marketing experience.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience or relevant projects welcome.
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and website e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of product listing management, online promotions, marketplace campaigns, and basic inventory coordination.
• Understanding of SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce website, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Create, upload, update, and optimise product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and videos.
• Ensure product information, pricing, promotions, and inventory are accurate across platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, pricing updates, promotions, launches, and discontinue products.
• Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and flash sales to drive traffic and sales.
• Monitor platform performance using analytics and reporting tools, and track KPIs like traffic, views, conversion, orders, and revenue.
