Job summary

Negros Longlife Corporation (Bacolod) is seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales on the assigned route by selling, merchandising and servicing clients. The role focuses on achieving monthly census targets and maintaining strong relationships with accounts to ensure timely deliveries and collections.

You will open new accounts in the downline channel, conduct effective calls, respond to shipping and quotation inquiries, and resolve customer issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales targets of assigned route through selling, merchandising and servicing clients.
• Achieve monthly census target (UBA) of at least 95%.
• Responsible in the opening of new accounts in the downline channel.
• Drives productive calls of at least 90% vs target.
• Promotes, sells, secure orders from existing and prospective clients.
• Ensures delivery of orders, collects payments from customers then promptly remits the same to the Company.
• Resolves complex customer issues and maintains knowledge of account information.
• Respond to inquiries regarding shipping/delivery dates, order changes/cancellations and quotations.
• Maintain basic familiarity with products, pricing and sales procedures.
• Maintains good business relationships with accounts.
• Recognize the need to further investigate possible solutions and escalates customer concerns based on urgency.
• Ensures attainment of other key performance indicators set by the Management through goal setting, tracking measures and problem solving/issue resolution.
