Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking an eCommerce Coordinator in the Philippines to manage product data, promotions, and website performance across multiple online platforms. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, IT and external partners to ensure smooth operations and growth across B2B, direct-to-consumer, and omnichannel channels.

The role emphasizes catalog management, promotional setup, and ongoing optimisation with hands-on Shopify Plus and ERP integration experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in eCommerce coordination or related online retail support role.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce or comparable eCommerce platforms.
• Strong experience in product catalogue management, including setup, variants, attributes, promotions and content updates.
• Experience in ERP-integrated environments, with understanding of data flows across eCommerce ecosystems.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, including Google Analytics and platform reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, variants and attributes.
• Manage and merchandise collections across multiple websites.
• Ensure product data accuracy, content consistency and compliance with platform standards.
• Schedule and publish promotions, discount rules, sale setups, landing pages and banners.
• Support the technical implementation of marketing campaigns and onsite updates.
• Conduct detailed QA testing across product pages, collections, promotions and new website functionality.
• Troubleshoot website issues and log bugs with developers and external partners.
• Support Shopify Plus configuration and ongoing platform optimisation.
• Assist with ERP integration support and ensure data flows correctly across systems.
• Maintain technical SEO elements, including metadata, redirects and basic indexing requirements.
• Support feed management tools and assist with preparations for future marketplace expansion.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new functionality, integrations and platform updates.
• Produce sales and website performance reports using Google Analytics and platform reporting tools.
• Analyse website and operational performance to identify opportunities for process improvements and site optimisation.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, IT, developers and external agencies to deliver digital improvements.
