MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a Shopify Backend & SEO Specialist to drive brand campaigns and retail marketing across channels. You will support national promotions, coordinate Local Area Marketing activities, and ensure alignment with broader campaigns.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing, strong digital and brand management expertise, and a proven ability to manage budgets and KPIs. We offer a remote, day-shift role with growth and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, Local Area Marketing, franchise, or multi-location environments.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing and executing marketing communication campaigns.
• Strong understanding of brand management, retail marketing, and digital marketing.
• Experience managing campaign budgets and measuring KPIs, ROI, and business impact.
• Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand and marketing campaigns in line with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Assist with national promotions, marketing communications, catalogue campaigns, sponsorships, and retail events.
• Coordinate Local Area Marketing (LAM) activities and ensure alignment with broader national campaigns.
• Support campaign planning, media coordination, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and ROI and provide insights for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, media agencies, and external service providers to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Manage multiple marketing projects and deadlines while maintaining brand consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and contribute to overall marketing initiatives.
