Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking an entry-level digital content and eCommerce specialist in the Philippines to support website updates, email campaigns and content management across brand sites.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Digital and Merchandising teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, supports SEO and delivers a consistent customer experience. Experience with Shopify and CMS is preferred; excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Communications or related field.
• Experience with CMS and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify is preferred.
• Experience building and managing marketing emails in an automation platform is desirable.
• Familiarity with SEO, content best practices, and project management tools is advantageous.
• Strong English communication and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day website content updates across brand websites, including homepage assets, landing pages, campaigns and banners.
• Coordinate end-to-end production of email campaigns (eDM), including building, scheduling, QA and deployment in partnership with Digital Marketing.
• Prepare monthly campaign briefs and manage workflow through the project management system with timely approvals.
• Maintain website content to support SEO and site health through updates and housekeeping.
• Support marketplace operations with product registration, content management and collaboration with partners.
• Conduct regular website QA and audits to identify issues and improve user experience.
• Maintain reporting, documentation and administrative processes across the eCommerce function.
• Collaborate with Digital, eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Creative and Technology teams to ensure consistent content delivery.
