Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience in IT, technology solutions, AV, ELV, or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts and conduct business reviews.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and expansion opportunities within current accounts.
• Pursue new business opportunities and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, engineering, procurement, and support teams to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and update CRM with activities.
