Gallagher in the Philippines is seeking a motivated professional to grow new business and strengthen client relationships in insurance, risk management and consulting. You will support account officers and help deliver tailored solutions to clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration, project and time management, and clear communication as you contribute to revenue targets and multi‑stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Knowledge of business and management principles.
• Organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to Account Officer(s).
• Prepare and present sales and revenue reports to management.
• Deliver sales presentations to clients with clear and accurate updates.
• Achieve quarterly and annual production and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Oversee delivery of deliverables for new and renewed accounts.
• Monitor and ensure timely data entry and transversal activities.
• Conduct outreach calls to prospective clients and gather essential information.
