Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Data Processing or Customer Service roles.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in speaking and writing Japanese.
• JPLT N2 certificate or higher is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support client vendors and users regarding class schedules.
• Execute fast, accurate transaction processing including data parsing, data entry, and data enrichment.
• Communicate with clients via email, chat, and voice channels.
• Follow process workflows and support the implementation of initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate closely with pod leaders and managers regarding issues or concerns.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
