Role Overview: Data Processing Analyst

The Data Processing Analyst is responsible for performing data entry and processing tasks such as review, entry, reconciliation of data, and document handling that require a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and technical proficiency. This position will use a variety of software tools to enter data and ensure that it is error-free and up to date.

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Support client vendors and users regarding class schedules.
2. Execute fast, accurate transaction processing including data parsing, data entry, and data enrichment.
3. Communicate with clients via email, chat, and voice channels.
4. Follow process workflows and support the implementation of initiatives and projects as directed by leadership.
5. Collaborate closely with pod leaders, team leaders, or managers regarding issues or concerns with daily tasks.
6. Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
7. Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues, leadership, and clients.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Data Processing or Customer Service roles.
2. Willingness to take calls when needed.
3. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
4. Proficiency in speaking and writing Japanese.
5. JPLT N2 certificate or higher is a plus.
