Job summary

RCBC is seeking a Sales-minded banking professional to support the Business Center’s growth through account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products. The role requires willingness to be assigned in Tutuban and to work closely with the Branch Manager to meet sales targets.

You will prepare structured sales plans, track daily activities, and develop strategic sales initiatives for retail banking products. A four-year business degree and solid experience in sales within banking are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in sales within a banking environment is preferred.
• Strong candidate should be adept at strategic planning and management.
• Knowledge of risk management controls is essential.
• Working knowledge of credit evaluation, analysis, and banking policies is needed.
• Graduates with a four-year degree in any business-related program are welcome.
