Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) seeks a Business Development Administrator in Ermita, Manila to lead planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of business development initiatives and events. The role supports growth by managing leads, bids, and marketing collateral, with fieldwork and a driver’s license preferred.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in event coordination or marketing support, with experience in project coordination and pipeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing support, business development support, administrative operations, or related functions.
• Experience in handling project leads, bids, or pipeline tracking. Handling industry events, exhibits, conferences, sponsorship activities, or project coordination.
• Comfortable with fieldwork; preferably with a driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute business development activities, events, trade shows, exhibits.
• Ensure completion of event requirements, permits, registrations, and logistical arrangements in coordination with the marketing team.
• Track and monitor business opportunities throughout the sales pipeline, from lead generation to bid submission and sales conversion.
• Coordinate the preparation, production, distribution, and deployment of promotional materials and marketing collaterals.
