Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager in Ermita, Manila to lead the development and execution of the brand’s Marketing Plan.

You will drive marketing initiatives, ensure timely delivery, review campaign performance, and adjust plans based on market insights gathered from field visits and customer interactions, coordinating with internal stakeholders and Finance on budget matters.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field.
• At least four years of brand management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the brand's marketing plan.
• Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and review effectiveness.
• Review brand performance and adjust plans as needed.
• Gather market insights through field visits and customer interfaces.
• Manage brand campaigns and budget with Finance.
