Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of live campaign and content operation strategies, monitor and analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Support creator campaign lifecycle management and assist in launching themed activities to boost creator activity and content output quality.
• Collaborate with live agencies and internal teams to align campaign rules, improve event execution efficiency and operational capability.
• Plan and execute regional online events and creator incentive campaigns to enrich content diversity, activate community atmosphere, and drive revenue growth.
