Job summary

Aligned Marketplace in NYC is seeking a hands-on product manager to join a mission-oriented, Series A startup. You will own key parts of the member journey, drive visit conversions, and collaborate across product, operations, and outreach teams to unlock measurable improvements.

This role offers visibility across the company, a hybrid work model with two days per week in our NYC office, and a chance to shape outcomes for hundreds of thousands of members through data-driven experimentation and

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, growth, or related role.
• Strong product instincts to diagnose journeys and propose fixes.
• Experience designing or running feedback/measurement systems.
• Ability to influence across operations, providers, and product stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in structured data and metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Healthcare/health insurance background preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own visit conversion rate and drive it up.
• Diagnose friction across the member journey from outreach to visit.
• Provide PM perspective and collaborate with internal teams.
• Own post-visit feedback collection (NPS, Access scores) and data quality.
• Direct feedback signals to product, operations, and outreach teams.
• Partner with APC, Specialty Account Management, and Operations to surface friction.
• Work with data/outreach teams to align insights with campaigns and re-engagement.
• Explore new channels, including AI-powered outreach, to reduce friction.
