Job summary

Bonterra is seeking a Growth Manager for Product-Led Growth, working primarily remotely with onsite Makati support as needed. You will own activation funnels, run rapid lifecycle experiments, and craft conversion-focused copy to move trials to bookings.

You’ll partner with UX and Product teams to scale proven wins and drive impact across a high-velocity organization. You are entrepreneurial, deeply analytical, and adept at persuasion, with a hands-on approach to building journeys and messaging.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to wear multiple hats and take bold bets.
• Hands-on execution across journeys, copy, and experiments.
• Data-driven decision-making using funnel analysis and experiments.
• Affinity for AI as a multiplier for copy iteration and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle-driven growth across Activation, focusing on self-serve conversions and pipeline.
• Design and run high-velocity lifecycle experiments across email and in-product messaging.
• Write, launch, and iterate lifecycle copy for emails and CTAs.
• Optimize messaging to connect friction to upgrades and downstream sales.
• Understand the small nonprofit leader persona and ground PLG motions in their realities.
• Treat each touchpoint as a conversion lever and scale winners into systems.
• Collaborate with UX and Product Managers to present findings persuasively.
• Advocate internally for winning experiments to be prioritized by Product.
• Handoff scalable lifecycle patterns to Product ownership.
