Job summary

Donpin Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to help drive growth and secure new client partnerships. The role involves collaborating with a team to execute projects and develop sales strategies that meet targets.

You will assist in screening potential client deals, preparing presentations, and pursuing opportunities by contacting prospects, with immediate availability to start. A related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in business development, sales, marketing and/or brand management.
• 2 years in construction industry is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Fluent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once
• Good social and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of skilled and technical individuals in the company to help execute projects
• Assist in proposing potential business deals by contacting potential clients
• Assist the manager and team in screening potential client deals
• Develop & execute sales strategy and action plan to meet sales targets
• With a solid understanding of the business development processes and with ability to close deals
• Consolidate company requirements and presentations to prospect clients
• Can start immediately
