Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business-related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, account management, or related roles.
• Experience in pawnshop, retail, financial services, banking, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, branch visits, and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and market channels.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, locations, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential business partners and key accounts.
• Support branch expansion and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers to identify opportunities for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement business development and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership documents.
• Track business development activities, leads, partnerships, and results.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure proper implementation of business initiatives.
• Assist in achieving business development and revenue targets.
