Set up robust tracking, dashboards, and performance reporting, ensuring campaigns scale profitably and CPL/CPA targets are met. A strong track record and deep understanding of Meta’s algorithm are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience managing real budgets.
• Landing page split testing with CRO techniques applied.
• Proven CPL/CPA targets and scaling campaigns profitably.
• Deep understanding of Meta algorithm and learning phases.
• Strong data-driven decision making.
• Creative thinker for angles, hooks, and ad concepts.
