PRISM+ is seeking a Growth Marketing Leader to own and scale our performance engine across Meta, Google, and emerging channels. You will balance spend efficiency, creative velocity, and commercial outcomes while managing a multi-million dollar annual budget.

You will drive revenue growth from paid channels, optimize MER and contribution margin, and build scalable processes with a small but mighty team in Manila supporting a Singapore-based electronics brand expanding in APAC.

Formación

• 4-7+ years in performance marketing (DTC or eCommerce preferred).
• Managed >$1M annual ad spend hands-on.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads (Advantage+, creative testing).
• Strong commercial instinct – understands margin, AOV, bundles, promos.
• Proven ability to scale spend without killing efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own topline revenue contribution from paid channels and optimize ROAS-focused outcomes.
• Manage budget allocation across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, PMAX, Demand Gen).
• Architect and run full-funnel campaigns with testing/iteration cadence.
• Lead creative testing and partner with Creative for high-volume testing engine.
• Oversee data, attribution, and insights across GA4, Shopify, and Salesforce; report to leadership.
• Lead and coach 1–2 marketers; establish weekly operating rhythm and post-mortems.
