Job summary

Vertical Institute is Singapore's AI and technology training provider seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will own direct response campaigns, manage a Senior Specialist, and report to the Head of Marketing on budget allocation and channel prioritisation.

You will build frameworks, drive measurable revenue, and stay ahead of platform changes.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years hands-on performance marketing.
At least 2 years in a mentoring/leadership role.
Expertise in Meta Ads.
Experience with Google Ads.
Experience with TikTok Ads.
Strong knowledge of conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4).
Direct response mindset focused on conversions and revenue.
Proven track record of revenue growth via paid channels.
Strong budget management.
Experience leading a team and setting direction.
Ability to present insights to senior leadership.
Proactive, results-driven in a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities

Own the paid media strategy across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads with full accountability for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and revenue contribution.
Coach and develop the Senior Performance Marketing Specialist and assign channel ownership.
Own the attribution framework and measurement infrastructure (Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4).
Produce performance reports with insights, risks, and recommended actions for leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, AMM, and Student Services to ensure high-quality leads.
