Job summary

But First, Coffee is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the performance, growth, and operational excellence of both corporate and franchise-owned branches. You will drive revenue growth, optimize unit profitability, and lead cross-functional alignment between executive vision and day-to-day store execution.

You will lead field teams, develop talent, and ensure strong franchise and lessor relationships while expanding market presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
5–8+ years of progressive leadership in multi-unit retail or F&B/QSR operations.
Solid experience in franchise operations management and contract execution.
Deep understanding of unit economics, P&L, COGS, labor costs, and EBITDA margins.
Ability to drive sales activation and grow ADS/transaction volume.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor Area Managers, Store Managers, and field staff.
Establish and cascade daily, weekly, monthly sales targets for corporate and franchise stores.
Analyze ADS, transaction counts and ticket sizes to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing on national and local promotions with 100% store compliance.
Oversee COGS, inventory, OpEx, and labor costs to meet budgeted targets.
Maintain strong franchise and mall-lessor relations and conduct regular business reviews.
Drive market expansion, retention, and expansion readiness for new stores.
