Job summary

Foodee Global Concepts is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant brand operations, drive profitability, ensure quality standards, and sustain customer satisfaction across outlets.

You will lead branch managers, implement policies, monitor performance, manage inventory and costs, conduct audits, and collaborate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to open new stores and improve systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or food service operations management.
• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data, budgets, and performance reports.
• Willing to travel to different store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned restaurant branches
• Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, and local government requirements
• Monitor store performance, sales, costs, and productivity
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
• Lead, coach, and support Branch Managers and store teams
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
• Manage inventory control, cost management, and waste reduction
• Handle operational issues, customer concerns, and escalations
• Assist in opening new stores and implementing new concepts or systems
• Prepare operational reports and present recommendations to senior management
