Job summary

Smadex in Manila is seeking a Client Growth Manager to be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for nurturing long-term relationships and driving revenue through performance marketing. This hybrid role requires working two days in-office.

You'll collaborate with Sales and Ad Operations, handle upselling opportunities, and represent Smadex at industry events. A minimum of 3 years of client relationship experience and DSP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client management and driving performance marketing campaigns.
• Prior DSP or programmatic advertising experience required.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of direct advertisers and agencies.
• Monitor and optimize client campaigns to meet performance goals.
• Lead regular client calls to review campaign performance.
