Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to scale our advertising offerings from Makati. You will leverage our ecosystem to help brands connect with Millennial and Gen Z audiences, driving revenue and expanding our market footprint in a hybrid setup (3 days Work-From-Home, 2 days on-site).

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in BD or Sales within Advertising/Media, strong knowledge of social platforms, and a proactive, analytical mindset for leading campaigns

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales within Advertising/Media/Marketing.
• Strong understanding of the advertising and media landscape, social media trends among Millennials/Gen Z.
• Passion for content and digital media.
• Analytical skills to evaluate campaign metrics and derive insights.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle tight deadlines.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by expanding the company’s presence in the advertising industry.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities by networking and building relationships with new clients.
• Lead the creation of pitch proposals for major client partnerships, integrating company products into content strategies.
• Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, steering top-level discussions for long-term partnerships.
• Partner with regional and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and campaigns’ requirements.
• Drive business development and sales efforts with agencies across the Philippines and the wider region, negotiating trading deals and partnerships.
