Qualifications

5+ years managing Google Ads campaigns.
5+ years managing Meta Ads campaigns.
Experience with Microsoft Bing Ads.
Strong SEO and website optimization knowledge.
Experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
Experience creating landing pages and optimizing landing pages.
Familiarity with Housecall Pro or CRM platforms.
Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Build, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads).
Create and optimize Microsoft Bing Ads and Meta campaigns across Facebook/Instagram.
Improve campaign performance and reduce cost per lead.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis; optimize campaigns.
Create/optimize landing pages and marketing funnels; implement conversion tracking.
Monitor budgets, ROI, and key marketing metrics; prepare weekly reports.
Maintain and update the company website; improve SEO and site speed.
Support CRM and scheduling; manage customer communications and ops workflows.
