Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Must have 5+ years managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience with Microsoft Bing Ads.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and website optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
• Experience creating and optimizing landing pages.
• Experience using CRM platforms and Housecall Pro.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads).
• Create and optimize Microsoft Bing Ads and Meta campaigns across Facebook/Instagram.
• Improve campaign performance and reduce cost per lead.
• Perform keyword research and ongoing optimization.
• Create/optimize landing pages and marketing funnels.
• Implement conversion tracking and monitor analytics.
• Track budgets, ROI, and marketing metrics.
• Prepare weekly performance reports with insights.
• Maintain and update company website; improve SEO and performance.
• Support daily operations: scheduling, dispatching, CRM management, and reports.
