Job summary

Marshall Parkway Corp. is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to strategize and execute campaigns across Facebook and Google, optimize paid search and paid social efforts, and manage ad budgets.

You will conduct keyword research, content optimization, and backlink SEO while collaborating with designers and web teams to improve landing pages and conversions. You will monitor analytics, test ad copy, and drive down acquisition costs through data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Organized, self-motivated and a team player.
• Attention to detail, deadline-oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Experience in account management, auditing and tactics to reduce acquisition costs and optimize conversions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of paid online advertising experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of HTML, CMS, and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in entertainment, gaming, or B2C environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategizing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive clicks, sign-ups, and conversions.
• Creates, manages and optimizes accounts on Facebook and Google.
• Runs and monitors paid search and paid social campaigns and analyzes performance.
• Track ad spend budgets for performance reports.
• Researches how potential customers search for products and services.
• Writes and tests ad copy to improve CTR and CVR.
• Collaborates with designers for ad visuals and with the website team for landing pages updates.
• Day-to-day execution of organic search campaigns including keyword research and content optimization.
