Job summary

Triquetra Health LLC seeks a Conversion & Creative Strategist to own messaging and conversion strategy for its product catalog across Amazon, Shopify, and paid media. You will translate complex health science into customer-friendly messaging and drive measurable growth through testing and optimization.

You will collaborate with design, content, and leadership to maintain consistent, performance-driven messaging across all touchpoints, bridging science and consumer understanding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Conversion Optimization (CRO), Ecommerce Growth, Performance Marketing, Copywriting, or Creative Strategy.
• Proven experience driving measurable conversion improvements across e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Strong copywriting and messaging strategy skills with understanding of customer psychology.
• Experience translating technical or complex products into simple messaging.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.

Responsibilities

• Own messaging strategy and positioning for hero products across channels.
• Develop compelling product narratives translating health science into customer-first messaging.
• Ensure messaging consistency across Amazon, Shopify, landing pages, paid ads, and creatives.
• Build structured conversion testing frameworks and prioritize opportunities based on impact.
• Translate winning concepts into repeatable conversion strategies across product categories.
• Create actionable briefs for design, video editors, and content partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on audience, angles, objections, and outcomes.
