Qualifications

• 15+ years in transport, logistics, or related services.
• 7–10+ years in senior commercial leadership with revenue growth.
• Experience in pricing, complex contract negotiations and solution development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy aligned with growth targets.
• Identify opportunities in transport and logistics to win major accounts.
• Build sales pipeline, lead bids, proposals, and contracting.
• Lead relationships with executive decision makers and drive account growth.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer service to deliver solutions.
