Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in Industrial or Automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Results-driven with passion for sales and business growth.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch leadership and manage the team to meet performance standards.
• Drive branch sales, profitability, and growth; develop strategies to reach targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders; represent the company in the community.
• Oversee daily branch operations including sales, service, and administrative tasks.
