Job summary

Venture Motorcycle Sales Corporation is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations at our Calabarzon branch. The role drives sales initiatives, ensures service quality, and oversees daily branch activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership, customer service, and end-of-month reporting, with a track record in team management and administration compliance. This is a full-time on-site position in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch or similar operations.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing and reviewing monthly/quarterly reports.
• Ability to manage a team and enforce workplace discipline.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Marketing: implement company policies and marketing strategies, develop new initiatives, monitor market competition, and propose strategies to improve sales.
• Branch Operations: ensure consistent service quality, address customer concerns, inspect repossessed units, and oversee daily branch activities.
• Reporting & Compliance: review and approve branch reports and ensure timely submission of required reports, permits, licenses, and tax payments.
• Team Management: conduct daily sales meetings, monitor personnel performance, evaluate employees, and enforce discipline.
• Administrative Management: pre-screen applicants, supervise branch admin functions, coordinate HR concerns, ensure health and safety compliance.
• Cost & Resource Management: implement cost-cutting measures and ensure efficient use of branch resources.
• Other Duties: perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
