Western Marketing Corporation is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Rizal and Cavite retail operations. You will drive sales, manage staff, oversee inventory, and ensure excellent customer experiences across branches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar retail management role with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in retail management systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Sound understanding of retail operations, inventory management and financial controls
• Outstanding customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels
• A passion for the retail and consumer products industry
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Manage and supervise branch staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management and staff development
• Maintain inventory levels, manage stock rotation and conduct regular audits to ensure product availability and quality
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Create a positive and motivating work environment that promotes team engagement and retention
• Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Report on branch performance to senior management and provide regular updates on performance indicators
