Job summary

Controtek Solutions Inc. and SoluxionLab seek a Demand & Growth Specialist to build and run the engine that fills the sales pipeline.

You will own digital campaigns, lead generation programs, and nurture systems from first touch to handoff, collaborating with Marketing and Sales to optimize performance. You will lead campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and paid channels while analyzing funnel metrics to improve conversion, cost per lead, and pipeline contribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B digital marketing/demand gen experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and CRM/marketing automation.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to analyze funnel metrics and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, events, paid ads, and referrals channels.
• Manage LinkedIn and paid media campaigns, including audience targeting, budget monitoring, creative coordination, and performance optimization.
• Build and improve lead nurture journeys to convert prospects into qualified sales conversations.
• Support SEO and SEM initiatives by analyzing website performance, search visibility, and qualified traffic opportunities.
• Monitor funnel metrics such as leads, conversion, cost per lead, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure timely lead follow-up, clear handoff criteria, and campaign feedback.
• Maintain campaign calendars, briefs, budgets, targeting details, creative versions, reports, and documentation.
• Run A/B tests on ads, emails, landing pages, and campaign messaging to improve conversion and overall performance.
