Job summary

Sur is seeking a Demand Generation Marketer to own hands-on programs that generate qualified pipeline for B2B SaaS/retail clients. You’ll execute across content, webinars, email, and paid channels, driving demos and pipeline while partnering with leadership on growth priorities.

You will run webinars end-to-end, build content-led programs across multiple channels, and optimize campaigns using AI tools while maintaining strong independence in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on demand generation or growth marketing experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS/technology and marketing to mid-market or large e-commerce/retail.
• Experience on a lean marketing team with direct ownership of campaigns and measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record linking marketing programs to qualified leads, demos, and pipeline.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to create customer-facing marketing copy independently.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of content creation, research, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute demand generation campaigns across content, webinars, email, and paid acquisition.
• Build a content-led program across LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs, long-form content, and podcasts.
• Manage the webinar program end-to-end: topics, landing pages, promotion, registration, follow-up.
• Convert content and webinars into qualified prospects and booked sales meetings.
• Build email campaigns, nurture sequences, audience segmentation, and HubSpot follow-ups.
• Plan, launch, test, and optimize Google, LinkedIn, and Meta paid campaigns.
• Create landing pages and conversion paths using Webflow or similar platforms.
• Track metrics (MQLs, SQLs, booked demos, CPL, CAC, pipeline) and adjust investments.
• Maintain accurate lead source data and attribution in HubSpot.
• Coordinate with SEO/AEO resources and support sales enablement assets.
