Job summary

M365connect is seeking a bold product and growth lead to shape a new mobile dating app. You will own product positioning, brand development, and go-to-market strategies, turning research and data into prioritized features and impactful experiences.

Collaborating with founders and engineering, you will build AI-driven content pipelines, craft influencer campaigns and partnerships, and establish scalable marketing systems throughout launch and growth.

Qualifications

Launch and grow consumer mobile apps with measurable results.
Evidence of own impact and outcomes.
Experience contributing to product development via user research and prioritization.
Strong brand-building ability with consistent execution across product and marketing.
Exceptional practical AI skills across research, writing, design, image generation, video production, editing and content workflows.
Ability to independently produce marketing content across multiple formats.
Hands-on influencer marketing and partnerships.
Strong knowledge of automation platforms including APIs, webhooks and integrations.
Understanding of mobile acquisition, CAC and LTV.
Ability to prioritize channels under startup constraints.
Willingness to own cross-discipline work.
Resilience under pressure and sound judgment.
Comfort with uncertainty and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Shape the product: Define value proposition, roadmap priorities and feature briefs.
Improve the user experience: Onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and monetization.
Build the brand: Develop positioning, messaging and visual identity.
Own go-to-market: Plan and execute pre-launch, launch and growth strategies.
Create marketing content: Plan, produce, edit and publish across websites, social media, YouTube and ads.
Build content pipelines: Use AI and automation for research, scripting, production and publishing.
Develop influencer marketing: Identify creators and negotiate campaigns.
Establish partnerships: Build brand and distribution partnerships.
Drive measurable growth: Run experiments across paid, organic, referral and community channels.
Automate operations: Build n8n workflows and integrations.
Support future team growth: Identify hiring priorities and document workflows.
