Job summary

M365connect is building a mobile dating app and seeks a versatile growth-focused leader to shape the product, brand and market launch. You will own strategy across product, content, partnerships and automation, shaping the user experience from pre-launch through growth.

In this early-stage role you work closely with founders and developers, turning market insights into priorities, building content pipelines with AI and establishing influencer and partnerships programs while laying foundations

Qualifications

Substantial hands-on experience launching and growing consumer mobile apps.
Evidence of your own impact and measurable results.
Experience contributing to product development through user research, feature definition and prioritization.
Strong brand-building ability across product and marketing.

Responsibilities

Shape the product by researching user needs, competitors and opportunities and translate insights into briefs.
Improve user experience across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and monetization.
Build the brand with positioning, messaging, tone of voice and visual direction.
Own go-to-market strategy and campaign planning from pre-launch to growth.
Create marketing content across websites, social media, YouTube long-form videos, Shorts and ads.
Build content pipelines using AI and automation for research, scripting and production.
Develop influencer marketing, creator collaborations and partnerships.
Establish partnerships to support awareness and user acquisition.
Drive measurable growth across paid, organic, referral and community channels.
Automate operations with n8n workflows and integrations.
