You will own the pre‑launch and growth strategy, develop creatives and campaigns, and work closely with engineering to align product development with market needs. This role offers broad responsibility from day one.

• Extensive hands-on experience launching and growing consumer mobile apps with measurable impact.
• Ability to own decisions, deliver work and show measurable results.
• Experience contributing to product development through user research, prioritization and experimentation.
• Strong brand-building ability with consistent execution across product and marketing.
• Exceptional AI skills across research, content, video production and automation workflows.

Aufgaben

• Shape the product by researching user needs and market opportunities, and define feature briefs.
• Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and monetization with product teams.
• Build the brand with messaging, tone of voice and visual direction across channels.
• Own go-to-market and growth strategy, including audiences and channel planning.
• Create marketing content across websites, social, video, ads and campaigns.
• Build content pipelines using AI and automation for research, scripting and publishing.
• Develop influencer marketing and partnerships with measurable results.
• Drive growth through experiments across paid, organic, referrals and community channels.
• Automate operations with n8n workflows and integrations.
• Support future team growth and document effective workflows.
