Kraken is seeking a Growth Workflow Specialist to sit at the intersection of paid growth expertise and AI systems thinking. You are the domain expert who defines the logic, signals, guardrails, and feedback loops, and you partner with the build team to bring automation to life.

While your primary focus is performance and paid growth, you will also contribute to automating CRO, incentives, referrals, and cross‑channel workflows, as the engine expands.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance or paid growth, with scale campaigns across major paid channels.
• Ability to map growth workflows as triggers, decisions, actions and measurements.
• Comfort reading dashboards, interpreting signals and defining optimization goals.
• Willingness to learn precise AI system communication and improve outputs.
• Clear written workflow specs that engineers can translate into code.
• Proactive mindset and initiative to define work and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and spec automation workflows for paid growth, from creative fatigue detection to budget reallocation and geo level channel mix optimization.
• Work directly with the build team to translate your workflow specs into working agent automations.
• QA agent outputs, review system results, identify gaps, and define corrections to improve it.
• Refine creative and copy variants generated by the AI layer, applying domain judgment before data confirms it.
• Define knowledge base inputs for paid growth agents, codify rules and guardrails, keep campaigns current.
• Monitor workflow performance and continuously improve; the system scales with your input.
• Extend automation to CRO, incentives, referrals, and lifecycle across growth functions.
