Job summary

Shape.Construction is hiring to engineer a scalable, AI-enabled automation engine for its revenue team. You’ll connect product usage data, CRM, and enrichment tools to drive alerts, prioritised lists, and dashboards for marketing, sales and customer success.

Expect ownership of the tech stack and a path from data feeds to automated actions. You’ll lead the design and implementation of end-to-end automation, using n8n, Claude, and BI dashboards, while maintaining data integrity and reducing

Qualifications

• Proven experience building end-to-end sales and marketing automation.
• Hands-on with workflow tools and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong SQL and data-modelling skills for messy data.

Responsibilities

• Bridge product and CRM data into a live source of truth.
• Automate all stages of the revenue lifecycle.
• Build signal and notification layer for timely actions.
• Create dashboards for marketing, sales and success teams.
• Own tech stack and suggest optimisations.
• Ensure the engine runs autonomously without manual setup.
