Job summary

Love, Bonito is seeking a Growth Marketing role focused on performance across Meta, Google and TikTok to expand Love, Bonito's international sites and reach new customers. You will own media strategy, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with analytics, brand, and country teams to optimize campaigns for ROAS.

The role emphasizes a data-driven approach, creative optimization, and rapid testing to drive scalable growth during expansion.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Meta Business Manager (Advantage+, Lead Generation, Conversions or CPAS), Google (Search, Shopping, PMAX), TikTok Ads Manager.
• Media agency and/or brand experience with performance marketing/lead generation skills.
• Basic image and reel editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, Capcut, etc).

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategy across digital touchpoints for International sites and drive new customer growth.
• Lead paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, Affiliates with a focus on ROAS and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creatives, Analytics and country teams to optimize campaigns and creative assets.
