Job summary

U- Travel Services Inc. is seeking a Reservations Officer - Groups to manage group bookings across flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and insurance.

You will prepare quotations, itineraries, rooming lists, and travel documents while coordinating with suppliers and travel partners on reservations and operational requirements. The role requires 2–3 years in reservations or travel operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in reservations or travel operations.
• Knowledge in group reservations and travel arrangements preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle group bookings including flights, hotels, tours, transfers, insurance, and other travel arrangements
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, confirmations, rooming lists, and travel documents
• Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and travel partners regarding reservations and operational requirements
• Monitor booking deadlines, amendments, cancellations, and special requests
• Ensure accuracy of bookings, pricing, and operational details before release to clients
• Assist clients with reservation concerns and operational inquiries
• Stay updated with travel advisories, airline policies, and destination requirements
• Coordinate with Sales, FIT Operations, Visa & Documentation, Operations, and Finance Departments
• Update reservation records, booking status, and operational reports
• Assist in preparing sales reports, billing requisitions, and invoices
