Job summary

PAPH TRAVEL AND TOURS is seeking a Ticket Reservation Officer to manage airline ticket procurement, reservations, and coordination for travel packages. You will work with travel agents, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate records and timely approvals.

The role requires 1-2 years in ticketing or reservations, with GDS proficiency preferred. Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management are essential. This is an onsite position in Quezon City within Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is often preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of experience in ticketing or reservations.
• Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
