Job summary

VRI Crew in the Philippines is seeking a Reservation Agent to join the Air Groups Team for the H.I.S Canada Travel Inc. You will handle group bookings, prepare quotations, and ensure terms and conditions are clear for clients throughout pre-ticketing and post-ticketing stages.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, prompt client communication, and collaboration with the Group Air team to resolve issues efficiently while staying informed about supplier and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Responds to requests, prepares price quotations and proposals for domestic and international itineraries and processes bookings while considering all group specific details
• Ensure client is informed of and represented in all terms and conditions before, during, and after the group air process including their pre-ticketing, policy, reporting, and security procedures
• Confirm, process, and follow up with accounts payables and receivables to coordinate and complete the reconciliation process with Finance in order to provide customer with detailed and accurate reconciliation document
• Maintains and promotes professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications
• Accountable for entering data throughout the life of an event in the various technology tools such as Meetings, Project Management, Reservations and Time Tracking Technologies
• Plan group travel effectively and efficiently through the established standards, and with meticulous attention to detail according to client provided parameters
• Stay current with supplier and industry trends through attendance of team meetings and supplier onsite and offsite presentations
• Works in conjunction with the Group air team to meet client defined meeting parameters and proactively escalating client, supplier, or program issues to management for timely resolution.
