Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for building brands that consumers love? We’re looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the growth of Charmee Feminine Protection and Petpers Pet Care —two trusted brands with exciting opportunities for innovation and expansion.
In this leadership role, you’ll shape brand strategy, drive commercial success, lead high-impact product launches, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional business results.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and lead the overall brand and category strategy for Charmee and Petpers, aligning with business goals and market opportunities.
- Analyze consumer insights, shopper behavior, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and execute winning go-to-market strategies for new products, relaunches, and promotional initiatives.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, media, and e-Commerce channels.
- Monitor portfolio performance through sales, market share, distribution, trade execution, inventory health, and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage annual forecasts, A&P budgets, and business performance reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, CCSD, and external partners including creative, media, PR, and research agencies.
- Lead, coach, and develop Brand Managers and Assistant Brand Managers while fostering a high-performing, consumer-centric culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, or Category Management within FMCG or consumer goods.
- Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
- Proven success in launching and growing well-known consumer brands and products.
- Strong background in consumer insights, market research, packaging development, claims substantiation, and commercial execution.
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns with strong digital and e-Commerce capabilities.
- Excellent business acumen with experience in forecasting, budget management, and performance analysis.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Strategic, analytical, innovative, and highly collaborative.
