Job summary

PDAX is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Group) to lead the Core Services portfolio, including trading, custody, wallet, identity, and internal tooling. You will shape the long-term strategy, balance platform-wide needs with product roadmaps, and guide a team of PMs toward scalable, compliant, and reliable infrastructure.

You will collaborate with B2C/B2B PMs and commercial stakeholders, advocate for reusable capabilities, and align with Engineering leadership on critical infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in product management with real ownership of a product line in fintech/crypto/trading or regulated space.
• Knowledge of Product Management techniques, such as Problem Discovery, Road Mapping, User Story writing, Prioritizing, and Data Analysis and Funnel Optimization.
• Has managed product managers before and can hire and coach a team.
• Has set the direction for a platform or shared-services roadmap.
• Strong understanding of business models, unit economics, and revenue streams in fintech/crypto or trading products.
• Leadership and People Management Skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to present complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Define the overarching vision and long-term strategic direction for Core Services.
• Bridge engineering realities with product-market needs to ensure scalable, reliable infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership on critical infrastructure and prioritization against feature roadmaps.
• Directly manages core PMs including goal setting, 1-on-1s, performance management and hiring.
• Drive headcount planning and organizational evolution of the Core Services group.
• Raise the bar on product craft, including PRD quality and compliance/risk conversations.
• Ensure observability, security, reliability, and post-incident processes across the group.
