Job summary

PDAX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product line, shape the platform's strategic direction, and ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance for our digital asset ecosystem in the Philippines. You will drive platform strategy, backlog grooming, partner integrations with embedded-finance partners, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, BD, and legal.

Qualifications

5-7+ years in Product Management owning a product line end to end.
Experience with roadmapping, prioritization, discovery, backlog ownership.
Experience with embedded finance where a partner’s end users are the customer.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive- and partner-facing.
Deep experience in Agile delivery; fluent in Scrum and Kanban.
Solid grasp of API, mobile, and web development to lead tech trade-offs.
Commercial acumen: understands financial statements, business models, revenue streams.

Responsibilities

Own the platform's strategic direction ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Own product backlog, prioritize delivery aligned with Scrum events.
Define problem space and feature agenda to drive OKRs.
Manage embedded-finance partner relationships and commercial pipeline.
Oversee partner integrations, onboarding sequencing.
Track activation, retention, and partner revenue contribution.
Lead go/no-go decisions for API capabilities and dependencies.
Drive incident response and root-cause analyses for platform issues.
Define metrics, dashboards, and alerting for partner health and reliability.
